Nydia Silvera, is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing management and leadership. Nydia has a diverse and impressive background of 20 years in the healthcare industry transitioning from nursing to medical device consulting and project management. My extensive experience and leadership skills have served me well throughout my professional career. She has been living in Las Vegas for the past decade which have provided her some unique opportunities and experiences. Nydia’s most important and exciting role is being a mom to her sons Omar and Justin and spending time with their beautiful dog Rasta.
